Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar and Italian dressing until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the sauce caramelizes.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then spoon some sauce over the top before serving.
